Acceptance of Terms

By using Shokran (شكرًا), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Shokran is an e-commerce marketplace app that allows users to browse products from multiple stores, add items to a cart, and complete purchases with home delivery service.

User Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
• Creating multiple accounts for the same person is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these terms.

Orders & Payments

• By confirming an order, you confirm that your details and delivery address are correct.
• Prices and delivery fees are subject to change and are clearly displayed before checkout.
• Promo codes have specific terms of use and may expire.
• Orders cannot be cancelled after acceptance by the store except by contacting support.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to hack or abuse the system.
• Provide misleading or false information.
• Abuse or circumvent promo codes.
• Create multiple accounts to exploit promotions fraudulently.

Intellectual Property

All app content including the logo, design, text, and images are the exclusive property of Shokran and protected by copyright law. Reproduction or distribution without prior written permission is prohibited.

Disclaimer

• We strive to ensure accuracy of product information and prices, but cannot guarantee they are error-free.
• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
• The service is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes via an in-app notification. Continued use of the app after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
